Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days after payment has been received and reflects in our account. We use Aramex courier services which delivers to your door within 1-3 working days at a standard rate of R100.00
Please supply us with a valid delivery address and contact details on your account.
If you selected “Local Pickup Wellington” kindly make collection arrangements at your earliest convenience.
Refunds Policy
Golden Spectrim does not offer cash refunds.
All Golden Spectrim products undergo quality control checks before shipping which ensures all items reaches customers in perfect, working condition.
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please be in contact with us to arrange refund exchanges: info@goldenspectrim.com
In store exchanges serve as refunds and will gladly be done on faulty manufactured vape hardware including cartridges, batteries and chargers.
No refund exchanges to be processed on broken vape kits due to personal negligence or on consumables such as edibles and opened CBD Oil bottles & skincare products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional costs involved on new exchanged items. Customers are also responsible for return and further/additional freight and tax costs.
Exchanges can not be completed if the returned items do not reach Golden Spectrim safely.
