Application:
Apply a minuscule amount to your pulse points, the inside of your elbows, the back of your knees, or in case of headaches/migraines gently massage into Temples and Glabella.
Reasoning: These areas are where the skin is at its thinnest and will more effectively absorb the product so that it reaches the bloodstream and nervous system.
For larger muscular spasms and joint pain apply a generous amount to your palms, rub together to warm/melt then gently massage affected areas daily for best relief results.
This balm can also be used topically for severe skin conditions.
