  • We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide in-store exchanges for unused products, ensuring they meet our hygiene standards.
  • Exchanges must be made within the specified return period of 7days and products must be in original condition.
  • Please note that for returned products serving as a refund exchange, all freight, tax, and any additional costs are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not covered by us and must be handled by the customer during the exchange process.

1. Turning the Device On/Off

  • Press the power button 5 times quickly to turn the device ON or OFF.

2. Adjusting Voltage

  • Press the button 3 times to cycle through voltage settings (Low, Medium, High).

3. Preheating

  • To preheat the coil, press the button 2 times for automatic preheating.
    OR
  • Hold the button for 2-3 seconds to manually prime the coil.

4. Inhaling

  • Hold the button down while inhaling for ultimate vapor production.

Tips

    • Charge the device fully before first use.
    • Avoid overcharging to extend battery life.
    • Store in a cool, dry place.
    • Battery enters automatic sleep mode if no operation is performed for 10minutes. The blue indicator blinks once and turns off automatically. 
    • Low battery will be indicated by the blue light flashing 10 times
    • Support USB-C cable or 510 threaded convex head charger USB
  • You will find dosage instructions on all online product descriptions and on product labels.
